Since 1977, the non-profit Jürgen Ponto Foundation has been dedicated to promoting young artists in Germany. The foundation is operationally involved within its own support programs in the fields of music, literature and visual arts. In developing its support programs, the foundation combines two elements: financial support, which creates freedom, and the stage as an artistic platform, which provides practical experience and media exposure.
