Ingmar Lazar was born in 1993. He studied under Valery Sigalevitch, Vladimir Krainev and Bernd Goetzke in Hanover and under Pavel Gililov in Salzburg, and participated in the International Piano Academy at Lake Como.
He has given recitals on the world’s most famous stages (Great Hall of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory, Herkulessaal in Munich, Mozarteum in Salzburg, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam), performed at many festivals (including Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) been a soloist with various orchestras (Russian National Philharmonic Orchestra, Moscow Virtuosi), and recorded several CDs on the Lyrinx and Suoni e Colori labels.
In 2016, he founded the Festival du Bruit qui Pense, which takes place at the National Museum of Port-Royal des Champs, near Paris.
