Born in 1991, Daria Parkhomenko was awarded prizes at the George Enescu Piano Competition in Bucharest, the Sendai Piano Competition in Japan and the M.K. Čiurlionis International Piano Competition in Vilnius. She has made guest appearances at famous music festivals such as The Faces of Modern Pianism at the Mariinsky Theater in Saint Petersburg, the George Enescu Festival in Romania, the Schleswig-Holstein Musikfestival and the Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany. Moreover, she has performed as a soloist with orchestras such as the Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock and the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Orchestra Vilnius.

She currently studies under Stepan Simonian at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg and under Elisso Virsaladze at the Scuola di Musica in San Domenico di Fiesole.
